Track interactions with your Chatbots with Conversations

The Conversations page lists each of your Chatbot’s interaction with Users. Use the filter to view selected Conversations.

All – Choose All to view every Conversation your Chatbot has had to date
Active – If no interactions are happening with your Chatbot, you may not see anything as a result
Completed – Shows Conversations that have concluded
Expired – When highlighted this option shows all “Expired” Conversations
Source – This shows the “Source” phone number or method the customer has been communicating with Midori
Network – This shows the “Network” the communications that have been taking place
Updated At – This will update regularly and shows the time the conversations have been updated
Completed At – This will update regularly and shows the time the conversations have been completed
